During this 2-hour Instructional Open Gym training block, adults and teens 13+ will have EXCLUSIVE access to a variety of obstacles ranging from beginner to intermediate, allowing you to work on strength, agility, balance, and coordination at your own pace, with an advanced coach on hand to provide tips and set up courses. Whether you're refining techniques or enjoying some extra practice time, this session is designed to support your growth as a ninja athlete.
Our knowledgeable instructors will be available for 1 hour, from 9:00am-10:00am to ensure safety and provide guidance as needed, while giving you the freedom to focus on the skills and obstacles that matter most to you.
