Terms and conditions for Youth Ninja Training - Once per week
Youth Ninja Lesson Processes, Terms and Conditions
Before Lessons
For your first visit to the Playground, please park and come in with your child. Please stop at the front desk to check in, then wait in the lobby with your child for their coach. After your first lesson you do not need to stop at the front desk or check in on the IPads for lessons.
If you feel your child is able to wait alone in the lobby for their coach, feel free to drop off children age 8+ in the parking lot. Please do not drop your child alone if the above criteria is not met.
For children age 4-5 we ask that a parent remain on the premises. Note: The ninja floor is for open gym and lesson participants only, and lesson-parents should remain in the lobby, unless prior arrangements have been made with a coach.
Please do not arrive early for lessons if your child does not have an open gym membership and is not ok waiting in the lobby for their lesson.
Late Arrivals
We do understand life happens, but please do everything you can to arrive on time for your lesson. The first 10 minutes of lessons is dedicated to a thorough warm up, and it is not ideal for your childs’ body to miss this.
If you do need to arrive late, please wait at the front desk until our administrative staff has a free moment to escort your child to their coach. Please do not let your child walk onto the floor unescorted to find their coach if you are late.
After Lessons
All participants must leave the floor after their lesson, and coaches will bring participants back to the lobby, where parents can pick up. If your child desires open gym after a lesson, they must return to the front desk to receive a wristband before continuing in the facility.
Billing & Cancellation
Warrior Playground runs on a 28 day billing cycle, utilizing a continual-enrollment system. This means your student(s) is automatically re-enrolled after each 28-days, and you must provide 28-days digital notice via our cancellation form to discontinue enrollment and billing on your credit card/ACH.
Cancellation must be submitted via the button located on our homepage at www.warriorplayground.com. If you do not provide such notice, your child will be enrolled in the next 28-day cycle, and your credit card will be billed for another full 28 days of training sessions. Your last bill will be prorated to accommodate 28 days of services from the date your cancellation form is submitted.
You are required to pay for your child’s session dues via auto-billing to a credit card or bank ACH on file. If your credit card/ACH on file is declined, you will have 10 days to update this information and make a full payment of balance due, or you will be charged a $20 late fee and may lose your space in the training session.
If you have a grandfathered billing rate and you cancel your Youth Ninja Training enrollment, your rate will not be honored when you rejoin.
If you cancel your Youth Ninja Training enrollment, your current day/time of session, and coach, will not be held, and may not be available when you rejoin.
Make Up Lessons
If your child needs to miss a training session, we allow 1 make-up session per month, redeemed by attending a different day/time session. Please see the front desk to set up your makeup session. These make up sessions expire each month, and only 1 per month may be used.
Injuries
If your child gets hurt and is unable to participate in their lessons, we will waive the cancellation requirement and will cancel billing immediately. We will require a doctors note. However, we cannot guarantee that their same day/time/coach session will be available when they are ready to resume lessons, unless you continue to pay to reserve that time. We will however, do everything we can to keep the spot open, placing other kids elsewhere when possible.
Evaluations & Leveling Up
We have four levels in our ninja training program, along with a competitive team. We conduct evaluations every 8 weeks, on a Saturday morning. Evaluations are optional, although your child's coach may recommend attendance when they feel your child is ready. Each level has a total amount of stars, and your child must receive 80% of the total to move to the next level.
Should you start at the facility and notice quickly that your child is in the wrong level (or if their coach notices this), we can schedule a one-time 15 minute private evaluation to determine the correct placement level
Leave in the Lobby
Please leave water bottles and food in the lobby. Your child's coach will provide water breaks at our drinking fountain, and bottles can easily spill or get lost. No food is allowed on the floor at any time.
