Terms and conditions for Adult Small Group Training - Once per week plus unlimited Open Gym

The following billing policies apply to all Ninja Training sessions:

Warrior Playground runs on a 28 day billing cycle, utilizing a continual-enrollment system. This means you are automatically re-enrolled each 28-days, and you MUST provide 1 BILLING CYCLE'S written notice to the front desk to discontinue enrollment and billing on your credit card/ACH. If you do not provide such notice, you will be enrolled in the next 28-day cycle, and your credit card will be billed for another full 28 days of training sessions. It is your responsibility to know the date of your billing.

You are required to pay for your session dues via auto-billing to a credit card or bank ACH on file. If your credit card/ACH on file is declined, you will have up to 10 days to update this information and make a full payment of balance due, or you will be charged a $20 late fee and may lose your space in the training session.

If you need to miss a training session, we allow 1 make-up session per month, redeemed by attending a different day/time of session. You may HOLD your account for 1 month minimum, and 3 months maximum, for a cost of $10 per month. Please see the front desk to set up your makeup session or to place a hold on your account.
