Terms and conditions for 3 Day Summer Camp

Choose your week(s) of attendance by February 28th of 2024. No refunds or credits given for promotional sales items, except in the case of a family-move or medical-condition that prevents camp attendance.

What if...
--> You need to cancel your registration within 24 hours of purchase?

Cancel for any reason within 24 hours of registering and receive a full refund, no questions asked!

-->You need to change your registration to a different camp?

Prior to May 1, we’ll make that change for free! On or after May 1, up to two weeks before the first day of your camp, you will be charged a Transfer Fee of $100. All transfers are subject to availability and must be in the same calendar year. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate transfers less than two weeks before your camp starts. -->You need to cancel your registration?

• Between 2/1-3/31: we offer a 80% refund or 90% credit. Credits must be redeemed within the same calendar year, either for the current camp season, or for next summer by registering before 12/31.

  Between 4/1-4/30: we offer a 50% refund or 75% credit. Credits must be redeemed within the same calendar year, either for the current camp season, or for next summer by registering before 12/31.

  After 5/1: no refund or credit.

  --> Warrior Playground needs to cancel before the start of your camp session and it is because of external mandates or health orders?

  Receive 100% of amounts back - 90% paid as a refund to the original payment method and 10% paid as credit that can be used for any Warrior Playground purchases within the same calendar year.

  Receive 100% of the amounts paid as a refund back to the original payment method or 110% as credit that can be used for any Warrior Playground purchases within the same calendar year.
