Terms and conditions for Homeschool Youth Ninja Warrior - Twice per week plus unlimited Open Gym

The following billing policies apply to all Ninja Training sessions:

Warrior Playground runs on a 28 day billing cycle, utilizing a continual-enrollment system. This means your student(s) is automatically re-enrolled each 28-days, and you MUST provide 28 days notice to discontinue enrollment and billing on your credit card/ACH. Notice is provided via the cancellation form on our website's homepage. If you do not provide such notice, your child will be enrolled in the next 28-day cycle, and your credit card will be billed for another full 28 days of training sessions. It is your responsibility to know the date of your billing.

You are required to pay for your child’s session dues via auto-billing to a credit card or bank ACH on file. If your credit card/ACH on file is declined, you will have up to 10 days to update this information and make a full payment of balance due, or you will be charged a $20 late fee and may lose your space in the training session.

If your child needs to miss a training session, we allow 1 make-up session per billing cycle, redeemed by attending a different nights same-level session. Please see the front desk to set up your makeup session.

If you have a grandfathered rate and you cancel your Youth Ninja Training enrollment, your rate will not be honored when you rejoin.

For all participants, if you cancel your Youth Ninja Training enrollment, your current day/time of session, and coach, will not be held, and may not be available when you rejoin.
