Terms and conditions for Mini Ninjas - Preschool Ninja Warrior

Mini Ninja Lesson Processes, Terms and Conditions

Before Lessons

If it is your first lesson at Warrior Playground, please stop at the front desk to check in, then wait in the lobby with your child for their coach. After your first lesson you do not need to stop at the front desk.

Mini Ninja parents must remain in the building at all times and be available for child needs such as potty breaks. However, if possible we do encourage parents to remain in the lobby during the lesson portion of this class, as we have found many children listen and perform better without direct parent supervision. If needed though, it is ok to accompany your mini ninja onto the floor.

The last 15 minutes of this lesson is parent-led and coach-supervised open play. Please dress in comfortable clothes that you can move in, and wear closed toe shoes. If you are not dressed to participate, your child will not be allowed to participate in the last 15 minutes of our lesson.

Late Arrivals

We do understand life happens, but please do everything you can to arrive on time for your lesson. The first 10 minutes of lessons is dedicated to a thorough warm up, and it is not ideal for your childs’ body to miss this.

If you do need to arrive late, please escort your child onto the floor if there is not a front desk attendant present. If our front desk staff is available, please allow them to walk your child to their coach. Please do not allow your child to walk onto the floor unescorted to find their coach if you are late.

After Lessons

All participants must leave the floor after their lesson. If your child desires open gym after a lesson, you can add an Open Gym Upgrade to your membership and have your child return to the front desk to receive a wristband before continuing in the facility.

Billing & Cancellation

Warrior Playground runs on a 28 day billing cycle, utilizing a continual-enrollment system. This means your student(s) is automatically re-enrolled after each 28-days, and you MUST provide 28-days digital notice via our cancellation form to discontinue enrollment and billing on your credit card/ACH.

Cancellation must be submitted via the button located on our homepage at www.warriorplayground.com. If you do not provide such notice, your child will be enrolled in the next 28-day cycle, and your credit card will be billed for another full 28 days of training sessions. Your last bill will be prorated to accommodate 28 days of services from the date your cancellation form is submitted.

You are required to pay for your child’s session dues via auto-billing to a credit card or bank ACH on file. If your credit card/ACH on file is declined, you will have up to 10 days to update this information and make a full payment of balance due, or you will be charged a $20 late fee and may lose your space in the training session.

If you cancel your Youth Ninja Training enrollment, your current day/time of session, and coach, will not be held, and may not be available when you rejoin.

Make Up Lessons

If your child needs to miss a lesson, we allow 1 make-up session per month, redeemed by attending a different day/time session. Please see the front desk to set up your makeup session. These make up sessions expire each month, and only 1 per month may be used.

Injuries

If your child gets hurt and is unable to participate in their lessons, we will waive the cancellation requirement and will cancel billing immediately. We will require a doctors note. However, we cannot guarantee that their same day/time/coach session will be available when they are ready to resume lessons, unless you continue to pay to reserve that time. We will however, do everything we can to keep the spot open, placing other kids elsewhere when possible.

Leave in the Lobby

Please leave water bottles and food in the lobby. Your child's coach will provide water breaks at our drinking fountain, and bottles can easily spill or get lost. No food is allowed on the floor at any time.
