Open Play Processes, Terms and Conditions
Signing In
All open play participants must sign in at the front desk and receive a wristband before entering the floor. Adults utilizing the fitness room do not need a wristband, but still must sign in.
Adult Supervision
Open play participants age 4-7 are required to be accompanied by an adult onto the floor. It is recommended, but not required, that participants ages 8-10 are also supervised by an adult while on the floor. If you are accompanying your child onto the floor, you must also receive a wristband.
Adult Pass-Purchase
Parents who are accompanying children are not charged for open play, unless they are actively playing in the same way a child would. Please use your adult-discretion and purchase a parent add-on pass if you will be playing too.
Adults utilizing open gym in the fitness room are also required to sign in at the front desk, but do not need a wristband.
Rules and Expectations
NOTE: OPEN PLAY TIME HAS CHANGED
MONDAY-FRIDAY:
From 3:30-4:30, open gym participants have access to the entire facility.
From 4:30-6:30 we concurrently host after-school lessons, and open gym participants will rotate through one area of the facility at a time, as directed by our coaching staff. Rotations will occur each 15 minutes, to allow ample time for each area to continue being explored. This does not apply to the fitness room.
From 6:30-7:30 the entire facility is again available.
WEEKENDS:
11am-4pm
We expect all open play participants to:
Follow the safety rules of each area in the facility
Walk, not run
Keep hands to selves
Respect the equipment and take care of the space
Clean up after themselves in the bathrooms
Put away exercise equipment and wipe down used items
Billing & Cancellation
Warrior Playground runs on a 28 day billing cycle, utilizing a monthly auto-pay system. You MUST provide 28-days digital notice via our cancellation form to discontinue membership and billing on your credit card/ACH.
Cancellation must be submitted via the button located on our homepage at www.warriorplayground.com. If you do not provide such notice, your credit card will be billed for another full 28 days of membership. We do not pro-rate billing or refund unused services.
You are required to pay for your membership via auto-billing to a credit card or bank ACH on file. If your credit card/ACH on file is declined, you will have up to 10 days to update this information and make a full payment of balance due, or you will be charged a $20 late fee and may lose your space in the training session.
